Registration will take place at 8:00 on Monday September 7 2015 at Maison Jean Kuntzmann.



A pre-registration process is required.

Final registration is expected for July 10 2015.


Registration Fees


The registration fees, which include


    - accommodation for 5 nights (from Sunday, September 6th at evening to Friday, September 11th  in the morning - breakfast is at your expense)

    - lunches for the 5 days

    - Gala dinner

    - access to the lectures

    - coffee breaks

    - and school material


are as follows:


Students: 225 € (please send a copy of your student card or certificate at EEAUTO2015@gipsa-lab.fr when you register)

Academics: 475 €

Industrial: 730 €

GIPSA-lab member: 125 €

CNRS participants: FREE (please send your agent number at EEAUTO2015@gipsa-lab.fr when you register)



Payment of registration fee is possible by credit card or bank transfer. On-site registrations are NOT acceptable.

If you pay by bank transfer please be sure to mention your name and "EEAuto 2015" in the transfer description.


Please kindly note that:

 registration comprises 2 steps: a pre-registration, in confirmation of with you are guided to the registration and payment of fee;
you are only considered registered if the fee has been paid and received - pre-registrations do not account for registrations;

early registrations are encouraged due to the fact that the number of participants is limited to 40 people;

registration fee refund is only possible
                        either if registrant could not obtain visa for entering France; in this case justifying documents should be provided

                        or upon providing valid medical certificate to justify for impossibility of attending the School lectures

invitation letters for visa purpose will only be delivered after payment of fee.
